Angelo Joseph Sanchez, 84, of Pineville, N.C., formerly of Vero Beach, passed away on Nov. 13, 2014.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Bonnie H. Sanchez; daughter, Teresa D’Albora (Paul); son, Mark Sanchez (Carolyn); grandchildren, Angela D’Albora, Jacob D’Albora (Megan), Sara Sanchez, Elizabeth Sanchez; and great-grandchild, James D’Albora.
He was born on March 31, 1930 in Tampa, Fla., to the late Jose and Dollie Sanchez. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and served in the Korean War. He lived in Vero Beach for 60 years.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20, at Christ Lutheran Church, 4519 Providence Rd., Charlotte, N.C. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to alz.org.
