VERO BEACH — Treasure Coast Food Bank is looking for volunteers to help at the 10th Annual Indian River Firefighters’ Chili and Salsa Cook-Off. The event takes place on Saturday, Nov. 8.
The Cook-Off will be held at Riverside Park and will run from 4-9:30 p.m. Volunteers are needed to set up and break down the event as well as work in the beer tent. Volunteers can choose to work all or part of the day. Anyone 16 or older can volunteer, but those working in the beer tent must be 21 years or older.
The Chili and Salsa Cook-Off will offer great food and family fun. Treasure Coast Food Bank is one of three organizations that will receive a portion of all proceeds.
