Robert “Bob” Nesbit, 82, of Vero Beach, passed away on Oct. 23, 2014.
He is survived by his beloved wife Nancy; sons Robert and Jonathan; and four grandchildren, Wilson, Flynn, Madison, and William.
He was born on Feb. 8, 1932, in Scranton, Penn., son of Mildred and George Nesbit.
Along with his long tenured career in retail, working his way into “Who’s Who in the World,” Nesbit was very involved with education. He spent a portion of his early career as a professor at New York University. More recently he served on the Board of Trustees at both Rollins College and the University of Scranton.
