INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A Vero Beach man is being held in lieu of $401,000 bond after authorities found 40 files depicting child pornography on his computer.
Joseph Ryan Gruskos, 27, is facing charges of sexual performance-possession with intent to promote (40 counts), felony possession child pornography, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.
According to the arrest report, Gruskos admitted to downloading child pornography on his laptop from his residence as well as his place of employment.
