Hooray for Hollywood to benefit SunUp ARC, Oct. 16

VERO BEACH — Honorary Chairman Father Murphy and committee member Deb True of Holy Cross have been working diligently with Co-Chairs Cathy LaCroix and Doug Clement and the rest of their committee to insure that Hooray for Hollywood will be the “Must attend season opener” for the 2014-2015 season.

At 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16, the Holy Cross Parish Hall will be transformed into Hollywood as once again Jerry and the Dolls guarantee a fabulous time for all that attend.

Gene Kelley’s “Singing in the Rain,” Leslie Gore’s “You Don’t Own Me,” Barbara Streisand’s “The Way We Were,” and Abba’s “Dancing Queen,” are just a few of the hits that will take you from Vero Beach to the hills of Hollywood.

In between dancing and the dazzling floor show, enjoy a sumptuous dinner catered by Culinary Capers. Everything about this event is upscale except the price, at $50 per person. There are limited VIP tables (seating for 8), available for only $500 which include preferred seating, photo opportunities and mingling with the cast and crew.

Last year’s Copacabana dinner and show at Holy Cross sold out early, so get your reservations in now. For tickets or to be a “Sponsor of the Stars,” call Noreen at 562-6854 ext. 228 or email noreend@arcir.org.
