Tropical Storm Fay develops in Atlantic

Subtropical Storm Fay has transitioned into Tropical Storm Fay as of 8 a.m., according to the National Hurricane Center.

The storm is moving toward the north at 12 mph, according to authorities. It has maximum sustained winds of 60 mph.

Winds are expected to increase across Bermuda by this afternoon. Currently, it is no threat to the Florida.
