VERO BEACH — VeggieTales Live! Silly Song Sing-Along Tour will arrive at Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center on Oct. 11.
Big Idea Entertainment, a leading studio producing children’s programming (and now a division of DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc.), has announced the official tour dates for its brand-new VeggieTales Live! Silly Song Sing-A-Long Tour. Tickets are now on sale for the production that will run in approximately 30 cities across the country this fall between Sept. 25 and Nov. 9. Tour stops will include markets like Nashville, Omaha, Birmingham, Houston, Tulsa and more.
The tour catches up with the Veggies, who are super-excited about their new TV show. But, which song is the silliest? Chaos is bound to ensue when no one can agree on a favorite silly song. A new invention is unveiled to reveal the silliest of all silly songs. But when the machine malfunctions and Jimmy disappears, the Veggies must find a way to get along and get Jimmy back.
Audiences will sing along with some of their favorite silly songs of all time, including “Hairbrush,” “Love My Lips,” and “The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything.” And the Veggies will teach some new songs too, like “Show You Love” from the brand-new DVD, Beauty and the Beet. This rollicking musical review of VeggieTales’ greatest hits is sure to delight families as the Veggie friends learn to consider each other’s feelings and wishes, and how to be a good friend at all times.
A special VIP ticket is available at most shows, which includes entry to The VeggieTales Live! Meet & Greet, a photo opportunity with Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber, and a 5×7 VeggieTales photo frame to take home.
