Dolores M. Hill, 80, of Vero Beach, passed away on Oct. 4, 2014, at Consulate Health Care in Vero Beach.
She is survived by her sisters Genevieve Sellers and Marcella Sellers; children John Chezum, Jocelyn Bileddo, and Pat Moon; grandchildren Andrea Chezum, Tonya Chezum, Diamand Gulley, Melantha Rannie, Amber Rannie, John Rivas, Holly Chezum, Amanda Lindberg, Gretchen Chezum, Lacey Chezum, Jessica Martin, and Jaclyn Moon; and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother Leroy Beldin.
Hill moved to Sebastian in 1957 from Fairfield, Iowa, and has been a resident of Indian River County ever since. She owned and operated Orchid Island Orchids, a Vero Beach orchid nursery and retail store, for more than 20 years and retired from the business in 2007.
Hill was an active member of Faith Baptist Church in Vero Beach. A memorial service will be held in celebration of her life on Thursday, Oct. 9, at 11 a.m. at Faith Baptist Church at 7966 20th Street, Vero Beach, FL, 32966.
