VERO BEACH — A verdict has been reached in the murder trial of Henry Lee Jones Jr., who is accused of killing Brian Simpson.
Jones has been found guilty of first degree murder as well as armed burglary with assault or battery.
Jones showed no reaction to the verdict while Simpson’s widow, Kristen, began to sob.
Jones will return to court Nov. 7 at 1:30 p.m. to find out what his sentence will be.
