Margaret M. Anderson, 83, of Vero Beach, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
She is survived by her son Michael Anderson; daughters Donna L. Jones, Shelly Joyner, and Bonnie Walker; brothers Frank Edley, Jr. and Jimmy Edley; sister Charlotte Grecco; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her husband Royce.
Anderson was born in Fords, N.J. to the late Frank and Rose Ann Edley. She was of the Catholic faith. She worked as a training officer for the Department of Army in Warrenton, Va., for 20 years. She and Royce, her husband of 59 years moved to Vero Beach four years ago from Greenville, N.C.
There will be a memorial service held on Sunday, Sept. 28, at 2 p.m. at the Isles of Vero Beach, 1700 Waterford Dr., Vero Beach, FL 32966.
