Richard “Chip” Edwin Morrow, 65, passed away on Sept. 7, 2014. Chip was born on March 28, 1949, in New Castle, Pa., to Robert Wesley Morrow and Belva “Louise” Morrow.
He moved to Vero Beach in 1972, having worked for Piper Aircraft and was a member of the Masonic Lodge #250.
Chip is survived by his mother, Louise Morrow; his brothers, Robert Morrow, Jr. and Jeffrey Morrow; his two daughters, Jennifer Moates and Ann Price; and four grandchildren.
