Ms. Plashett Dominique Bartee, 28 of Vero Beach, has passed away. She was born to the late Pearline Bartee in West Palm Beach, and after she died, Plashett was lovingly reared by Lerel and Ida Frederick.
She attended the elementary public schools of St. Lucie County and high school in Palm Beach County (Palm Beach Gardens High).
Plashett has resided in Indian River County for three years moving from Palm Beach County.
She was fun to be around and embraced every color in the rainbow.
Plashett will be lovingly missed by her two adorable sons, Jeremiah Demond Bartee and Neyh-miah Chester Walker, both of Vero Beach; her parents, Lerel and Ida Frederick; and her two devoted sisters, Ramona “Beauty” Baynes and Farrah Anderson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept. 12, from 5-7 p.m. at Thorne’s Mortuary Chapel in Stuart. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 13, beginning at 11 a.m. at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Gifford.
Burial will follow at Gifford Cemetery.
