Ms. Edna G. Bachmann, 87, died Sept. 10, 2014 at Sebastian River Medical Center. Edna was born in Beverly, Mass., and lived in Vero Beach, coming from Everett, Mass., in 2001.
Edna worked with AT&T for 26 years as a clerk of communications.
Survivors include her sons, Jeffrey Bachmann, Joseph David Bachmann, and John E. Bachmann, Sr.; her daughter, Julianne Howland; her sisters, Priscilla Rowand and Virginia Starkey; her loving companion, David Culhane, of Vero Beach; eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Frances Prest, and brother, Raymond Attwood.
Visitation will be held 2:30 – 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 13, at Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian. A prayer service will be held 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 13, at Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian, with Deacon John Dunlop, celebrant.
Interment will be in Central Cemetery, Beverly, Mass., at a later date.
