INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A public hearing is scheduled for Sept. 16 in regards to Kenneth J. and Claire K. LaPointe’s request for special exception use approval to modify the rear yard setback for the lots adjacent to Marsh Island PD marina, according to the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners’ meeting agenda.
The hearing will be quasi-judicial in nature.
