SEBASTIAN — Vice Mayor Jim Hill has finalized his qualification paperwork for the November City Council race.
He joins Councilman Jerome Adams on the ballot, who was the first to qualify for the municipal election, and Budget Advisory Committee member Ed Herlihy.
Two seats are up for election on the Sebastian Council dais. Those seats currently belong to Adams and Hill.
Albert Iovino pre-qualified for the election but has not yet filed the final, necessary paperwork.
