SEBASTIAN — Learn the secrets to writing plays and sonnets. The Cambridge American Stage Tour (CAST 2014) players will share secrets to writing plays and sonnets in a free writing workshop on Saturday Sept. 6, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sebastian River High School, 9001 Shark Drive, Sebastian.
This free writing workshop is open to all high school students, grades 9-12, including home schoolers.
This writing workshop is in conjunction with the CAST production of Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing” to be performed Saturday evening at Sebastian River High.
While the workshop is for teens only, the performance is for everyone, and donations will be appreciated.
The weekend’s activities are presented by the nonprofit Laura (Riding) Jackson Foundation TeenWriter’s Program with underwriting by Quail Valley Charities.
