Esther Louise Parks, 93, of Vero Beach, passed away Aug. 19, 2014, at Consulate Health Care. She was born Jan. 25, 1921, in Chester, W. Va., and had been a resident of Miami for 50 years prior to moving to Vero Beach 11 years ago.
Mrs. Parks is survived by her daughter, Mary Beth (Terry) Lucas, of Vero Beach; son, David (Kathy) Parks; brother, Feral Beebout; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard Jerome Parks; sons, Richard Parks and Bernard Parks; sisters, Thelma Dawson and Doris Blatchford; brother, Kenneth Beebout and a grandson.
A funeral service and interment will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014, at Caballero Kendall Funeral Home and Woodlawn Park Cemetery South, 11655 S.W. 117th Avenue, Miami, FL, 33186.
