Ovid M. Shivers, 58, of Vero Beach, passed away on Aug. 18, 2014.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Deborah; son Jacob Shivers; grandchildren Eden and Jacob Shivers; and sisters Betty Doty and Janet Bobo.
He was born on Feb. 7, 1956 in Avon Park to Ovid and Elah Shivers.
He was a lifelong resident of Indian River County. He owned and operated B&D Service Center in Wabasso and Raindancer Irrigation in Fellsmere.
