James Aubrin Kelley, 66, of Sebastian, passed away on Aug. 16, 2014.
He is survived by his loving wife, Joan M. Kelley; sister Caryl Wood; and nephews and nieces William Wood, Robert Wood, Chrissie Wood and Suzanne Teper.
Kelley was the son of the late Aubrin and Jesse (nee Goldie) Kelley, and was born in Montclair, N.J. and moved to Sebastian 10 years ago from his birthplace.
He had retired from the US Postal service after serving as a letter carrier for 35 years in Montclair, N.J. Upon his “retirement” to Florida he began working for Home Depot in Sebastian as a Pro-Loader where he served for nine years.
He was of the Presbyterian faith and found great tranquility in being able to fish the surrounding waters of Sebastian.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 30, at the Strunk Funeral Home in Sebastian with a Life Celebration Service for beginning at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Sebastian Cemetery.
