Donald Sabol, 93, of Vero Beach, passed away on Aug. 12, 2014.
He is survived by his daughters Lesley Meade and Linda Dubay (Gary); sons Bruce Sabol (Maggie) and Tracy Sabol; and five grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his wife of 56 years, Ruth Mayo Sabol.
He was born in Irvington, N.J., in 1920 and has been a Florida resident since 1960, having lived in Orlando and Mt. Dora before moving to Vero Beach.
He was a civilian aviator prior to WWII, then served as a pilot in the Army Air Corps during the war.
For most of his professional life he was involved with sales and distribution of agricultural textiles throughout the southeastern US.
National Cremation Society will handle final arrangements, no services are planned.
