Joseph Vincent Paschette, 84, of Sebastian, passed away on Aug. 11, 2014.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sadie Paschette; daughters, Toni McCart and Sissy Wagner (Ralph); nephew, Gus Nowak; grandchildren, Jennifer (Eric), Joseph, Megan, Sara and Isabella; great-grandchildren, Aurora and Autumn.
He was preceded in death by his son, Bill Paschette and his grandson, Wesley Wagner.
He was born in Roosevelt, N.Y. and lived in Sebastian for 24 years coming from Miami. He was a veteran of the US Army having served during the Korean War. He was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 17, at Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian. A prayer service will be held 7:30 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 17, at the funeral home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Monday, Aug. 18, at St. Sebastian Catholic Church. Military honors will be conducted by the Sebastian Area Veterans’ Honor Guard.
