Pauline Staffieri, 85, of Vero Beach, passed away Aug. 9, 2014, at Indian River Medical Center. She was born Aug. 12, 1928, in New York City, N.Y., and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 13 years, coming from Belmont, N.Y.
Mrs. Staffieri was a member of the St. Helen Catholic Church, Vero Beach. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and making silk flower arrangements.
Pauline is survived by her sons, Dominick, Joseph Jr., James, and Robert; sister, Gemma Parrosti; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Joseph Staffieri and her daughter, Tina Ann Staffieri.
A visitation will be held Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014, from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m. at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home Chapel, Vero Beach.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Noon, Monday Aug. 18, 2014, at St. Helen Catholic Church, Vero Beach, with entombment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Ft. Pierce.
