INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A new company, My Wisdom Link, has formed a partnership with the Senior Resource Association in Indian River County and will donate 10 percent of the proceeds from new memberships to the Senior Resource Association.
My Wisdom Link, a company founded by one baby boomer and her son, both of whom have a deep professional and personal connection to the retirement and assisted living community industry, have developed what they believe blends utility with ubiquity.
As the final boomers cross the 50-year-old threshold with still a wave of soon-to-be 50-somethings following close behind, they have released a private archive that is specifically meant to capture each individual’s unique stories, pieces of wisdom, and memorable experiences to be shared privately with family and close friends both now, as well as with future generations.
“We’re meeting the needs of aging Americans who want an easy and accessible way to preserve their personal legacy,” shared Co-Founder Ginger Atwood of My Wisdom Link. “By teaming with SRA, it gives us another opportunity to serve the needs of this diverse group of adults by giving back a portion of our proceeds to SRA’s daily operations.”
The rise of technology-centric companies to service this growing demographic is finally on track to be available when it is most needed. My Wisdom Link is one of a small handful of startups that realized this necessity among our parents and grandparents.
