INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Two public hearings are scheduled for the July 15 Board of County Commissioners meeting.
The first, the consideration of approval of the Gifford Neighborhood Plan, is administrative in nature.
The second is a request for special exception use approval for Roseland United Methodest Church to construct a stabilizing parking lot located at 8205 129th Ct. in Roseland. This public hearing will be quasi-judicial.
