Richard Edward “Ricky” Anderson , 61, of Sebastian, passed away on June 22, 2014.
He was born in Melbourne, Fla., and was a lifetime resident of the Sebastian/Micco area.
He was a contractor and owner of Ercildoune Bowling Lanes in Sebastian prior to his retirement.
Survivors include his daughter, Cassie L. Anderson Murillo, of Barefoot Bay; step-daughter, Jessica Papczynski; sisters, Karen Vatland, of Vero Beach, Kathi Neuberger, and Susan McCutchan; mother, Wanda Anderson, of Vero Beach; his companion, Susan Bennett, of Micco; and grandsons, Austin and Aaron.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Maston Anderson, and brother, Randall C. Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 3375 20th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 in memory of Richard E. Anderson.
A Celebration of Life will be 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian.
