Thomas Mills, 59, of Vero Beach, passed away on June 18, 2014.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1-3 p.m., Sunday, June 22, followed by a 3 p.m. Celebration of Life Service at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach.
Memorial contributions may be made to H.A.L.O. Rescue of Sebastian.
