Betty S. Goodman, 90, of Vero Beach, passed away on June 17, 2014.
She is survived by her children, James (Cathy) Stephenson, Shari (Stephen) Bjorklund, Peter (Karen) Stephenson, Christine (Jack) Leff, Eileen (Benjamin) Franklin, and Raymond (Sherry) Riley; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Her parents, first husband, and grandson, Christopher Stephenson, preceded her in death.
She was Sept. 18, 2023, in Warren, Ohio. Goodman was the only child of Ruth and Paul Tubbs of Warren, Ohio.
Goodman graduated from High School in 1941 and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She married Donald Stephenson in 1943 and they retired to Stuart in 1983.
She owned and operated two consignment shops in Stuart and Tequesta, Fla., from 1983 until 2006. In 2005, she married Louis Goodman, also from Warren, Ohio.
Services will be held at St. Augustine Episcopal Church, 475 43rd Ave., Vero Beach on Saturday June 21 at 1 p.m. Memorials can be made to Myositis Association 1737 King St. Ste. 600 Alexandria, VA. 22314.
