Virginia Faye Dillard, 84, of Vero Beach, passed away on June 4, 2014.
She is survived by her son, Robert “Red” Edward Dillard, Jr. (Betty); daughter, Cindy Bass (Roy); grandsons, Eddie Dillard and Greg Yates; granddaughters, Cassie Dillard, Brianna Bass, Sandy Bass, Christy Wilson and Melissa Stroud; great-grandchildren, Jaelyn, Emily, Ava, Taylor, Koen and Reagan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Edward Dillard.
She was born in Illinois and lived in Wabasso coming from her birthplace in 1960. She was a Librarian Aide working in the Indian River County Libraries for many years. She was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Sebastian, where she was also involved with the Woman’s Guild. She was also a member of the Beta Sigma Phi.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 12, at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Sebastian, with Father John Morrissey, celebrant. Arrangements are by Strunk Funeral Home and Crematory, Sebastian. A guest book is available at www.strunkfuneralhome.com.
