FELLSMERE — An argument over parking spaces led to a woman’s arrest on a warrant Tuesday, according to the Fellsmere Police Department.
Julia Hinebaugh, 20, was arrested at Sonrise Apartment Complex on a warrant for misdemeanor battery, according to police. The battery occurred in late April at the Sonrise Apartment complex when, authorities say, she and the victim argued over the victim’s use of multiple parking spaces, denying her the ability to park.
The victim and suspect called each other names in the presence of each other’s children, prompting Hinebaugh to throw a half-eaten sandwich at the victim, striking him in the back of his head, according to Fellsmere Police.
Hinebaugh has since been released from the county jail on $500 bond.
