Lavaughn “Bonnie” Kendall, 85, of Vero Beach, passed away on May 5, 2014.
She is survived by her son, William Kendall; daughters, Nancy Morris, Carolyn Pace, Debby Allen; sisters, Mary Bennett, Beverly Berry, Rita Tucker; brothers, Robert Tucker, and Richard Tucker; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Kendall and son, Roger Kendall.
Kendall was born in Shelbyville, Ind., and had been a resident of Indian River County for 60 years coming from Shelbyville, Ind.
She was a department manager at Grants Department Store in Vero Beach for 10 years.
Kendall was a member of the Sebastian United Methodist Church and a former Sunday School teacher. She loved her family, sewing, and crocheting.
A Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., on Wednesday, May 7, at Aycock Funeral Home in Fort Pierce. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, at Aycock Funeral Home in Fort Pierce. An Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce.
