Humane Society Thrift Shop ‘re-opens’ April 27

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY – The Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County Thrift Shop is getting ready for its grand re-opening. The event will be held this Sunday, April 27, from Noon to 4 p.m.

Located at 4443 20 Street, the Humane’ Society’s Thrift Shop is still in the same shopping plaza but has switched storefronts in order to expand.

“We’re excited about opening in this new, larger space. It will allow us to accept more donations, sell more items and help more animals,” said Chalmers Morse, executive director for The Humane Society.

In addition to shopping, guests can enjoy food and light beverages and will be able to visit with shelter animals available for adoption.
