Patricia Roy, 71, of Vero Beach, passed away on April 5, 2014.
She is survived by her husband, Clyde Roy; daughters, Mary-Margaret Sievers, and Sharon Moore; step-daughter, Rose Nicholas; son, William Moore; twin sister, Peggy Blount; sister Betty Ann Plott; and four grandchildren.
She was predeceased by husband, William Barton Moore.
Roy was born July 14, 1942 in Baltimore, Md., and had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1981, coming from Lavonia, Mich. She was a retired teacher and member of First Church of the Nazarene where she was a volunteer at their homework center. She had also volunteered at the Auxiliary of Indian River County Medical Center.
A Memorial Service was held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, at First Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor Hugh King, officiating. Donations may be made to United Cerebral Palsy of Tampa Bay, 2215 E. Henry Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
