VERO BEACH — The intersection of 12th Street and 27th Avenue will be closed from Tuesday, April 8, through Thursday, April 10.
The closure will begin at 8 a.m. Tuesday and continue through 5 p.m. Thursday as a contractor paves the intersection, which is part of a bigger road improvement project on 12th Street.
All four approaches to the intersection will be closed and drivers will have to detour using 20th Avenue and 43rd Avenue as alternate north-south routes around the closure.
Access for property owners and emergency access will be maintained but through-traffic will be detoured.
