VERO BEACH — Authorities are looking for a person wanted for questioning related to a burglary that occurred March 21 in the 2500 block of Leon Avenue, according to the Vero Beach Police facebook page.
The homeowners returned home to find the person hiding in their bedroom closet around 9:30 p.m., according to the release. The individual then fled from their home.
The suspect is described as a black male in his mid 20s to early 30s, according to authorities. He was reported to have brown eyes, and be around 5’ 10” and around 190 pounds.
Witnesses told police that he was wearing black pants, a long sleeve black shirt, and a black baseball cap.
