SEBASTIAN — The Sebastian City Council voted unanimously to renew the lease agreement between the City and Indian River State College for use of the Old Sebastian Elementary School.
Councilwoman Andrea Coy asked Interim City Manager Joe Griffin to include a request to the College that regular monthly expenses related to the building’s use be paid by the college more promptly than has previously been the case, when he replies to the renewal request.
The lease between the College and the City is reviewed annually.
