Hazel Bond, 97, of Sebastian, passed away on March 1, 2014.
She is survived by her daughters, Arlene Osiecki, Joan Roy, Maggie Lanzaro, and Theresa Wunderlich; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Bond was preceded in death by husband Alexander Bond; daughter, Barbara Ferruzzo; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was born Jan. 2, 1917 in Maspeth, N.Y., and died in her home in Sebastian. She was a resident of Florida for 38 years. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Sebastian since 1980.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 3, at 1 p.m., and services followed at 2 p.m. Fountainhead Funeral Home at 7359 Babcock Street SE Palm Bay, Florida was in charge of services. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to VNA Hospice.
