SEBASTIAN — Cody is a 4-year-old black German Shepherd who was surrendered because his owners were moving into a pet-unfriendly apartment complex.
The good news is, Cody is friendly with kids, house trained, and playful.
He loves to play ball and receive attention, but can also be trusted to be left at home, alone.
According to Jacque Petron, founder of H.A.L.O Rescue, Cody is very smart and obedient.
“He truly is the perfect little dog,” Petron said.
New companions with the obedience and training level that Cody already has come few and far between!
