Brenda Secor, 61, of Vero Beach, passed away on Feb. 11, 2014.
She was born in Ottawa, Canada, and lived in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Secor; son, Robert O’Neal; daughter Tammy Conger; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; mother Doris Manning; brother Neil Manning; and sister Debbie Secor.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Vero Beach Moose Lodge on Sunday, Feb. 23, at 12 p.m.
