David L. Wynn Sr., 81, of Vero Beach, passed away on Feb. 19, 2014.
He is survived by four sons, David Wynn Jr, John Wynn, Billy Wynn, and Bobby Wynn; two daughters, Debbie Carter, and Tracey Cragin; two brothers, Donnie Wynn, and Gene Wynn; four sisters, Euthabell Taylor, Joann Kirkland, Bonnie McGowen, and Esther Sowell; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
He was born April 12, 1932, in Jasper, Fla., and had been a life-long resident of Vero Beach.
Prior to his retirement he was employed as an irrigation technician for the City of Vero Beach were he was employed for 36 years. Wynn was a Veteran of the Korean War serving with the U.S. Army.
A visitation will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday Feb. 24, at Seawinds Funeral Home in Sebastian, with a funeral service to follow in the chapel at 1 p.m. Military Honors will be provided. To view an online tribute visit www.seawinds.com.
