Gallery 14 presents special show starting Feb. 3

VERO BEACH – Gallery 14 will present a special showing of work by two internationally recognized award winning mixed media artists.

The first, Carol Staub, represented by the Gallery throughout the year, will be honored with a special expanded exhibit of her dramatic work. Also on the bill will be “geometric constructions” by popular modernist Lenore Diamond Robins.

Ms. Robins’ three dimensional wall art is created out of wood, acrylic paint and resin. This colorful, playful art is filled with surprises such as puzzle pieces or shimmering gold, and sometimes, interactive elements capable of being moved to change the color patterns.

The show will run from Feb. 3 through March 1 with a reception on Friday night Feb. 7 from 5-8 p.m., held in conjunction with the Arts District First Friday Gallery Stroll.

All are welcome.

Also highlighted will be new work in oil, watercolor, acrylic, graphite, mixed media, collage, jewelry, photography, ceramics and sculpture, by Gallery 14 partners: Edgardo Abello, Lila Blakeslee, Cheri Cruden, Barbara du Pont, Mary Ann Hall, Virginia Knapp, Barbara Landry, Deborah Morrell Polackwich, and Dorothy Napp Schindel and represented artists: Francis Mesaros, Carol Staub, Bryan Beck, Joan Earnhart, Terry Green, Walford Campbell, Viola Pace Knudsen and Emily Heinzel.

Gallery 14, located at 1911 14th Ave., is open Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday.
