VERO BEACH — Prior to the reception held for the public at the Vero Beach Museum of Art Holmes Great Hall, the Vero Beach Art Club held a private reception for artists, patrons and sponsors for the Art by the Sea exhibition where they presented the awards to the artists.

The exhibition will continue Sunday, Jan. 26, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There is no charge for entry into the Holmes Great Hall for this exhibit and the public is welcome.

Art by the Sea is an annual fundraiser that has been held for the last 26 years. The show’s sales and donations go to support the Vero Beach Art Club Scholarship Award and its Education Programs, which include free artist demonstrations at their monthly meetings, the Arts4Smarts program which provides gift cards to the elementary school’s art departments, underwriting of their Open Studio’s and workshops and College Scholarships which go to local seniors as well as middle school and high school art class scholarships through their art Outreach Program.
