Wink (Voligny) Morand, 82, of Indian River County, passed away on Jan. 21, 2014.
He was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and was the proud father to seven children and “Pepe” to eight grandchildren. Morand had a passion for his dogs, his cars and was proud to be Canadian. He was a good friend to all. He lived one day at a time.
Special thanks to Jonah and Dr. Reynolds for going above and beyond. He suffered and died with dignity because his Father was a King.
A Memorial Mass will be held 12 p.m., Jan. 25, 2014 at St. Helen Catholic Church, in Vero Beach.
