Joe P. ‘JP’ Wilds Jr., 68, of Leesburg passed away on Jan. 17. He is survived by his sons: Randy Wilds and Gary Wilds; 6 grandchildren; sisters Betty Scott, Maggie West, and Louise Penn; and brother Danny Wilds.
Wilds was born in Leesburg, Fla., and later moved to Vero Beach where he lived and worked before returning to Leesburg in 1991. He was a protestant and attended the Christian Worship Center in Center Hill, Fla.
A visitation was held in the Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home in Leesburg from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Tuesday Jan. 14 with a Funeral Service to follow the visitation beginning at 1 p.m. A committal service followed and interment will be at Lone Oak Cemetery in Leesburg.
