VERO BEACH — Single tickets for the Emerson Center’s 2014 Celebrated Speakers Series are now on sale for $75 for a 4 p.m. performance and $65 for the 6:30 p.m. performance.
Additionally, series subscriptions for $240 for the 4 p.m. show and $220 for the 6:30 p.m. show are still available for purchase until Jan. 18, 2014.
The tickets are for the engaging and informative speakers in the four program series at The Emerson Center at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Vero Beach.
The performances are held on Saturdays at 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.; the latter a new time for the annual series. Interested parties are encouraged to call as soon as possible to avoid being disappointed.
The series launches with former Chief of Naval Operations Mike Mullen on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014; Deep Sea Archaeologist Robert Ballard follows on Feb. 8, 2014; appearing on March 1, 2014, is Pulitzer Prize winning author and accomplished historian Jon Meacham, and ending on a high note, March 22, 2014, is the final celebrated speaker and formerly a candidate for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination Jon Huntsman, Jr.
