SEBASTIAN — The Sebastian Police Department answered a call in the 100 block of Flint Street about a domestic violence/battery case involving water, according to authorities.
Around 6 a.m. Thursday, police responded to an apartment on Flint Street, according to Sebastian Police. The victim stated she had gotten in an argument with Stefan Pinkney, 32. Pinkney wanted her to get out of bed to help him look for a computer tablet for his daughter. After the victim refused to get out of bed, Pinkney tossed water from his glass hitting the victim on the shoulder.
The victim got out of bed and asked Pinkney to leave, and he said that he would have to wait for public transportation to start running, according to authorities. Soon after, the victim notified police.
Pinkney faces charges of battery domestic violence.
