William L. Kinnison, 92, Sebastian

William L. Kinnison, 92, died Nov. 23, 2013, at his residence in Sebastian.

Kinnison was born in Winslow, Ark.

He worked for Vatland Olds as a sales manager and then for Johnson Chrysler Plymouth before retiring.

Kinnison was a veteran of the U.S. Marines, serving in World War II, receiving 3 bronze stars.

He was a member of the Masonic lodge #0477 in Gettysburg, Ohio, VFW lifetime member and a 32 degree Shriner.

Survivors include his two daughters, Judy Houle, of Northborough, Mass., and Kelley Kinnison, of Sebastian; three sisters, Kathleen Gunckle, of Greenville, Ohio, Patsy Riley, of Gettysburg, Ohio, and Vivian Kinnison, of Greenville, Ohio; and a grandson, Jerad Smith.

Kinnison was predeceased by his wife of 66 years, Edith; four brothers; and a sister.

A visitation was held on Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Aycock Funeral Home, Ft Pierce, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Ft Pierce.
