“It’s a fabulous event with great food for a great cause. All the chefs are to be applauded for their generosity and creativity,” said Mrs. Morein.

“Thanks to research funded by the March of Dimes, we have Neonatal Intensive Care Units; the PKU test, which tests for 29 different conditions newborn babies can face; and surfactant therapy, which helps tiny lungs breathe.

This made a huge, possibly lifesaving difference with my premature daughter, Sarah Anne, who was born 16 weeks early at 1 pound, 1 ounce,” Mrs. Evans explained.

“Today the March of Dimes is helping babies get the strongest, healthiest start by preventing premature births. Please mark your calendar for Monday night, Nov. 11, and come hear me share Sarah Anne’s story while having a fun time, delicious food, and supporting the March of Dimes,” added Mrs. Evans.

Sponsorship opportunities and reserved tables are still available.

Individual tickets are $150 per person and may be purchased by calling the March of Dimes office at (772) 562-0115 or by visiting the website at www.MarchOfDimes.com/Florida.
