Philip “Doug” Thomas, 66, of Vero Beach, died Oct. 15, 2013.
Survivors include his wife, Gail Thomas; stepdaughter Laura Fiaccavento; grandchildren Chaz and Alexis Taylor; brothers Gary, Tom and John Thomas.
A memorial will be held at Riverview Baptist Church at 4601 N Dixie Hwy, Ft. Pierce, on Oct. 24,2013, at 5 p.m.
