VERO BEACH — Dogs for Life (DFL) is holding its 12th Annual Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Pawrade & Pet Expo on Saturday, Oct. 19, at DFL’s Off-Leash Dog Park located at 12th St. and 16th Ave. in Vero Beach.
Event activities will start at 2 p.m.; the Pawrade will begin at 4 p.m.
The Howl-O-Ween Pawrade is DFL’s signature community outreach event and is free to the public. Over 100 dogs will participate in costume.
Bring your lawn chairs, dogs, and children in costume and be prepared to have a howling good time.
Activities will include many dog related raffles, prizes for all dogs in costume, a military color guard presented by Veterans of Foreign War Post 3918, and the American Vets Post 6 will have hot dogs, hamburgers, and other refreshments available for sale.
