VERO BEACH — The Indian River Civic Association (IRCA) is a charitable organization registered with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and Florida Nonprofit Corporation.
The IRCA is also qualified as a 501(C)3 tax exempt corporation of the Internal Revenue Code. Our primary mission is to give to those in need, financially or otherwise, in Indian River County.
The IRCA is having an Oktoberfest Dinner on Oct. 5. This authentic German dinner will be held at the Irish American Club in Vero Beach at 6 p.m.
The cost is $17 per person.
